Ummm, "Rotten" Zombie-Flavored Skittles Exist, and We Seriously Fear For Our Tastebuds

Trick or treat? We've seen extra sour Skittles, extra spicy Skittles, and almost everything in between. But, as part of its #DareTheRainbow challenge, the candy brand is out to play a few tricks on us this Halloween with its new "rotten" Zombie Skittles.

Each pack of Zombie Skittles features a mix of five spooky (and fruity) flavors, including Petrifying Citrus Punch, Boogeyman Blackberry, Chilling Black Cherry, Mummified Melon, and Blood Red Berry. The twist? Each bag contains a rotten-zombie-flavored Skittle in disguise, and it might make you lose your appetite for Halloween candy completely. "It's an utterly disgusting taste experience that will elicit strong reactions from anyone and everyone daring enough to try it," Skittles stated in a press release.

If you dare to try them, the Zombie Skittles will be available is Share Size packages for $2 nationwide at major retailers right around Halloween. A Lay Down Bag for $2 and a Fun Size bag for $3 will also be available, if you feel like sharing this undead snack with friends. Take a closer look at the deceitful candies ahead, and prepare your taste buds for a possible zombie surprise.
