Aretha Franklin, an iconic singer who brought the world classic hits like “Respect” and “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman” passed away in her Detroit home on Thursday after a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer. Although she was crowned The Queen of Soul, the virtuoso had also mastered other styles of music, including jazz, classical, and rhythm and blues.
