Disney Channel paid tribute to Cameron Boyce's life and career in the perfect way on Friday night. Shortly after the premiere of Descendants 3, the network shared an emotional video documenting the young actor's past roles. Through various behind-the-scenes clips, Disney remembered his bright smile, infectious laugh, and incredible dancing before signing off with the words, "You mean everything to us."
Boyce, who died from an epileptic seizure at age 20 on July 6, was best known for his Disney roles as Luke Ross on the series Jessie and Cruella de Vil's son Carlos in the Descendants films. Following his death, his costars have been sharing heartfelt tributes, and his family recently launched The Cameron Boyce Foundation to honor his legacy.
Ahead of the Descendants 3 premiere, Boyce's costars Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, and Booboo Stewart reflected on how bittersweet it was saying goodbye to the series without him. "Our Cam. Who is looking down upon us today, dancing like only he knew how, laughing like only he (in the whole world) could make us laugh, and smiling as if everyday was heaven on earth," Carson wrote on Instagram. "I thank you for every hug he gave me."
