Based on the preview photos, Stars Wars: Galaxy's Edge looks huge. From the rides to the restaurants, you'll be able to spend all day here for sure.
Get ready for two major rides: Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Stars Wars: Rise of the Resistance. In Millennium Falcon, guests will take the controls in a variety of ways (some will be flight engineers while others will be pilots) as the vessel flies through space. In Rise of the Resistance, you will join a battle against the First Order, which will include a faceoff with Kylo Ren, as you ride a starship and Star Destroyer.
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is "the most epic attraction we've ever built," said Scott Trowbridge, a creative executive at Disney Imagineering. It's reportedly a whopping 28 minutes long, and you can watch a preview of the ride here.
Guests can engage in missions and games throughout the land using the Play Disney Parks mobile app.
Between the land's eateries Oga's Cantina, Ronto Roasters, Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, and the Milk Stand, you'll be able to enjoy treats like Blue (or Green) Milk, which is a soft-frozen milkshake made of rice milk, pork wraps, and raspberry creme puffs. There will also be alcoholic beverages available, including ones called Bloody Rancor, Fuzzy Tauntaun, and Bespin Fizz.
Guests will encounter many familiar faces inside Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, including Rey, Finn, BB-8, Chewbacca, and even members of the First Order.
The music you'll hear while walking through Galaxy's Edge will be original themes created especially for the land by Academy Award-winning composer John Williams.
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge will open at Disneyland Resort in Summer 2019 and at Walt Disney World Resort in Fall 2019, so you don't have to wait too much longer!
