In 2021, the Selling Sunset star was criticized for returning to work 10 days after an emergency C-section. "I love to work," she told E! News' Daily Pop. "There are single moms out there every single day working two, three jobs, doing it. Women are so strong, and they can do it. For me, I'm happy to be working. I'm thrilled to have a job, and I'm thrilled to have a baby and be able to do it all. I think that's really the message here: Women really can do it all, so don't be shaming!"

Christine was also accused of using a surrogate, faking her pregnancy, and setting "unrealistic expectations for PP moms" (post-pregnancy mothers). In her IG story, Christine reposted one of the mom-shaming messages she received and added the caption, "K y'all are beyond fucking sick." She also shared a pic of herself holding her son after his birth and thanked the doctor who helped deliver him.

When TMZ asked if he was offended by the comments, he laughed it off: "No, not at all." He patted his stomach and said he enjoyed his recent birthday cake. "Tell TMZ I'll show you my dad bod soon," he joked.

Last year, the singer tweeted that she was breastfeeding her baby when another mother told her she wasn't "being modest." Michelle continued, "I am in shock that this kind of judgement was coming from a fellow mom!"

I just got shamed by another mother (who was holding her own young infant!) for nursing my 6 week old baby on a bench at a playground while my toddler was playing
